 Legislative Compliance
Legislative compliance continues to be of vital importance and never a day goes by it seems, without another piece of legislation becoming applicable to our business. All organisations must put themselves in a position to be able to comply with relevant legislation in a timely manner. Further, legislation states that, "it shall be a defence for the person charged to prove he took all reasonable precautions and exercised all due diligence to avoid the commission of the offence by himself or by a person under his control"...... without an adequate management system it may be very difficult to provide such proof in defence.
